This Privacy Policy applies to all users of ReComune and Remember.

- Derived voice models
- Transcriptions

You represent that you have legal authority and consent to provide any voice, likeness, or personal data uploaded, including on behalf of another person.

AI-generated content:

We do not sell voice data, license voice models, or use user content for advertising.

- We do not provide medical, mental health, or therapeutic services
- We do not monitor users for safety, health, or emergencies
- We do not claim ownership of user content
6. Caregiver & Third-Party Reliance Limitation
The Services are not a substitute for caregiving, supervision, or professional care.
Caregivers, family members, and third parties must not rely on the Services to:
- Monitor health, safety, cognition, or emotional state
- Detect emergencies or behavioral changes
- Replace in-person interaction or professional oversight
ReComune has no duty to monitor users or notify caregivers.
7. Health, Cognitive & Dementia Disclaimer
Not Medical or Healthcare Services
ReComune and Remember are not healthcare providers and are not subject to HIPAA.
Not a Medical Device
The Services are not medical devices under FDA regulations and are not intended to diagnose, treat, mitigate, or prevent disease.
Not for Dementia or Cognitive Diagnosis
The Services do not:
- Diagnose or assess dementia, Alzheimer’s, or cognitive impairment
- Track disease progression
- Provide clinical evaluation or testing
Any references to memory or cognition are non-clinical and biographical only.
8. Mental Health & Crisis Disclaimer
The Services:
- Do not provide therapy, counseling, or psychiatric care
- Do not offer crisis intervention
- Do not detect or respond to suicidal ideation or distress

9. Content Moderation & User Responsibility
ReComune does not pre-screen all content.
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to remove content or restrict access for violations of our Terms or legal requirements.

- How AI-generated outputs are used or interpreted
10. Sharing of Information

- Service providers (e.g., Stripe, cloud hosting, analytics)
